Ron and Penny are really fantastic realtors and we highly recommend them to others, especially those who may be relocating to the Phoenix area. We actually started working with them almost a year before we closed on our home, visiting a number of sample homes to get a sense of our needs when we first visited the area. We kept in touch over the ensuing months as they sent us other homes to consider, for refining our preferences. Also helps to educate us on the regional market and what to look out for. By the time we were ready to buy a home, we felt very prepared and it turned out to be pretty crucial. The market is so hot right now that home posted in the morning were under contract by the evening! They were always available to visit houses ASAP when called to do so. When we found one we liked and put down an offer, everything went quickly and smoothly through the closing. They’ve really gone above and beyond what would be expected of realtors.

What could I possibly say about Ron and Penny that hasn’t already been said. There’s a good reason they’re a 5 star team and it’s because they offer you 5 star service day and night. My family recently moved to AZ from CA and Ron and Penny were suggested to us through our Mortgage agent. From the first moment, I could tell these two knew their stuff. Being first home buyers they did all the hand holding we could possibly need while also letting us look and explore all options. I have taken far too long to rate Ron and Penny Bussing, because I didn’t know how to express how grateful my wife and I are for the experience we had working with them. Words can’t really describe how easy they made it for us from start to finish and we were not only buying a new house, but selling our previous home at the same time. Some how they made it happen with minimal effort on our part. Our house was on the market for less than 24 hours when the offers started pouring in, and was in contract within that time as well. During that time they helped us buy a new build home, again no effort at all. We closed on our new home, moved in and closed just a few days later on our previous home.
